Dear Friends and Patrons,

As the country and our county are on high alert due to the coronavirus, we would like to let you know that we are taking every precaution available to us to make our theatre a safe and healthy environment for all that enter our doors.

Allen’s Community Theatre’s biggest concern is the health, safety and well-being of our audience, artists and volunteers. That is why, in the face of this national health issue, we are taking the following steps in accordance with guidelines from the CDC:

  • All surfaces are being wiped down with antibacterial wipes daily, including, but not limited to bathrooms, concessions and seating.
  • There will be plenty of soap available in the bathrooms, along with paper towels and we strongly encourage everyone to wash their hands .
  • We encourage people not to hug or shake hands.
  • We encourage everyone to follow the basic CDC guidelines:
  • Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with your elbow or tissue.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily.

We ask that if you are not feeling well, please consider staying home. Let the box office know and we will honor your ticket on another night that seats are available or substitute for the next production. If those options won’t work for you, we will refund your ticket cost. You can contact ACT by emailing with current show date and preferred new show date or refund request.

As always, Allen’s Community Theatre is doing what we can to make your visit here as easy, enjoyable and healthy as possible. We appreciate you, our audience and volunteers!

With Best Regards,

Allen’s Community Theatre Board of Directors
